At the intersection of Corso Giambone and the new road to the City of Health, a roundabout was created that affects the underground and upper surface roads.
The steel structure has an external diameter of over 50 meters and an internal hole of about 27 meters to ensure ventilation to the tunnel; in the upper crown between the two circles there is a second roundabout for surface traffic with three lanes.
